Solar Hoch Drei GmbH is a planning office for solar systems.
What was the task?
We wanted to come to a common denominator with the various parties working on a PV project in terms of exchanging information. We were therefore looking for a kind of portal in which we could present the processing procedures for third parties (e.g. sales partners, financiers, installation companies) in a transparent way for everyone.
It was important to us that this collaboration with external parties should be quick and uncomplicated, and without incurring additional costs.
We had already looked around the market. However, we were repeatedly told that these requirements needed special programming, which would have resulted in high costs.
How was the task solved by humbee from a technical/content point of view?
- The concept offered by humbee – a process-based platform – was the optimal solution for our requirements.
- In humbee, we create events with all the relevant information and invite guests to them. This does not incur any additional costs and everyone involved has access to the information.

How was the project implemented?
Mr. Garske explained the entire functionality of humbee to us in a one-day workshop. Everything in humbee is so intuitive that we were able to create all the process templates within a very short time. The processes were tailored to our workflows. We were up and running after a total of 3 days and the costs were of course manageable.
In terms of value for money, we are very satisfied.
What are the results?
The functionality to work in processes with all parties involved and especially our partners is the optimal way for us.
We work nationwide and everyone can now provide and use information and documents in the relevant processes from anywhere and at any time. Everyone has access to what is relevant to them. humbee informs you about news so that we can react “just in time” and always maintain an overview.
