What does your company do?

Hundrup Arbeitsbühnen-Vermietung GmbH & Co. KG has been an expert when it comes to working at height for over 25 years. We rent out work platforms, telescopic forklifts and forklift trucks and are a certified training center for safe machine operation.

What was the task?

We initially looked for a digital solution for our structured task management. After the introduction, we worked with humbee to revolutionize our request and claims management, the training of new employees and the archiving of incoming and outgoing invoices.

How was the task solved by humbee from a technical/content point of view?

Thanks to the very easy-to-understand humbee system, we immediately came up with new tasks and ideas for improvement in our company during the introductory event held by Burghardt Garske. These tasks were solved by the humbee team in a very short time. With the help of the workflow system, we were also able to map and introduce our own processes (e.g. in sales) directly ourselves.

How was the project implemented?

After a preliminary discussion with Burghardt Garske, we introduced humbee within a day. That's all that really needs to be said 🙂. Based on experience with other providers, the introduction actually took several months.

What are the results?

Thanks to humbee, our work is more structured, more digital and, above all, more efficient. The paperwork has come to an end. Our customers also benefit from faster responses and our tax advisor, who also uses humbee, from significantly better data quality.
