SOFTWARE MADE IN GERMANY
by people for people
humbee solutions GmbH
Ralf Bönning and Burghardt Garske
founded the company in 2017. Already in the first year we have inspired customers with our visionary approach.
As a company from Germany, we offer humbee as a powerful platform and alternative to the large, mostly American, providers.
The software is developed exclusively in Germany.
What characterizes the people who develop humbee for you?
Appreciation and respect are the basis of our cooperation, both with customers, suppliers and our employees.
Our aim is to create a unique business application that is as simple as an app.
Our way of working is constructive and agile. We like to get to the bottom of things.
We know that a certain radicalism is necessary in order to arrive at simple solutions.
The state-of-the-art application platform
With humbee we give our customers time. We make your employees more productive. We increase transparency.
Our customers become agile: new topics are realized quickly and easily with humbee. Success is visible in days – not years.
Software as a Service (SaaS) is the magic word here: no investments in hardware and software, no costs for system integration and operation.
In addition, the software is user-oriented, easy to use and flexibly adaptable. With these ingredients IT projects are not only fun, they are immediately economical.
Innovation is based on experience
We have spent many years developing and implementing large and very large DMS systems.
These systems help companies to improve their processes. However, this has a high price in the truest sense of the word: high investments in hardware and software, high operating costs and long project durations.
And success is by no means guaranteed. At the same time, the speed of change in the markets is continuously increasing. Companies must change and adapt in order to remain successful in the future.
This is where humbee’s idea comes into play.
We asked ourselves: Is communication at any price really the answer to today’s challenges? Companies are concerned with turnover and profit, innovative products and inspiring service.
We want you to work better together. You optimize your processes and align yourself more closely with the market and your customers.
"Software by people for people"
is the technical head behind humbee. Despite his great enthusiasm for technology, Ralf Bönning stands like no other for the conviction that good software is made by people for people.
After graduating in computer science, he worked as a passionate programmer for a German software company. A short time later, he became development manager there. As the company grew, the development department also grew to over 100 employees.
He knows the importance of good user experience, quality, stability and performance and has extensive agile methodological knowledge. The continuous deployment process that he has implemented ensures that customers can react quickly to their requests while at the same time ensuring the highest level of security for the entire system. Ralf Bönning is 45 years old. He lives with his wife and his two children in Gescher, a small town in the wonderful park landscape of the Westmünsterland in western Germany.
"Customer orientation means listening."
establishes the connections to our customers and interested parties. For him, customer orientation means listening and understanding what moves the customer.
Burghardt Garske is committed to significantly improving the cooperation of people in companies and organisations: so that you have more time – for your customers. He studied European Business Administration in Osnabrück and London, graduating in Business Administration and Master of Arts (M.A.).
After his studies, he worked in various management positions in companies in the printing, publishing and textile industries. He then switched from the customer to the supplier side. Most recently he was responsible for the entire product development and professional service of a German software company. Burghardt Garske is 54 years old, married and has two children.
